About Me

I’m Katie, a certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and as a Mum myself, I know first hand how sleep deprivation can affect the whole family.

My journey began when I was pregnant with our second and with my husband away a lot, the solo parenting with sleepless nights was taking its toll. I found myself desperately searching online for advice and solutions only to be met with generic and often conflicting information. It felt overwhelming and unhelpful. 

So I decided to explore the science of infant sleep myself,  and with my new found knowledge and skills I was able to find a gentle, responsive and practical approach specific to my baby and our family needs.

It was life changing and I’m now deeply passionate about infant sleep and helping tired families get the rest they deserve.

I recognise that every child is different and use a range of proven-to-work gentle and flexible techniques.
